How these reports are built

Registration and fleet data come from national vehicle authorities. Charging figures come from the relevant regulator. Incentives and legal requirements are read from primary legislation and government programmes. Where no official dataset exists — as is the case for EV aftersales revenue almost everywhere — we publish the model and its assumptions rather than a single unexplained number.
