Privacy policy
What we collect through this site, why, who processes it and how to get it removed.
Last updated 6 August 2026
01Who we are
EVS Worldwide ("EVS", "we", "us") operates and franchises specialist electric-vehicle service centres. This policy covers evsworldwide.com and the services offered through it.
Our country operations run their own sites — evsuae.com, evsksa.com and evsoman.com among them — and process customer data under their own local arrangements. If you booked a vehicle service with one of those businesses, their notice applies to that booking, not this one.
For any privacy question, or to exercise a right described below, email contact@evsworldwide.com.
02What we collect, and when
We do not ask for personal information to browse this site. We collect it in three situations.
When you request a market intelligence report. The form asks for your name and work email, and optionally your phone number, company and a message. We also record which country report you asked for, the page you submitted from, your browser's user-agent string and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived on.
When you contact us. Whatever you choose to put in the enquiry form or in an email to us.
When you sign in to the partner asset hub. Your email address, an authentication token, and the profile details an EVS administrator records against your account — name, company, country and territory. We log which assets you download and when.
We do not collect payment details anywhere on this site, and we do not ask for special-category data.
03Why we use it
- To send you the report you asked for. Your email address is used to deliver a time-limited download link.
- To follow up commercially. If you request a report or make an enquiry, we may contact you about EVS franchise opportunities. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.
- To run the partner asset hub. Authentication, access control and download records, so we know which approved partner has which version of an asset.
- To understand how the site is used, in aggregate, so we can improve it.
Where the law requires a lawful basis, we rely on your consent when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in developing the franchise network for the follow-up contact that results. You can object to that legitimate-interest processing.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
04Who processes it on our behalf
We use a small number of service providers. Each processes data only to deliver its service to us.
- Supabase — the database and file storage behind this site. Form submissions, partner accounts and report files are stored here.
- Resend — sends the report-delivery emails and our internal notifications.
- Netlify — hosts and serves the site, and processes standard server logs including IP addresses.
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics — measure site usage. These set cookies and receive an identifier for your browser.
- Cloudinary — serves video used on the site.
These providers operate internationally, so your information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Where transfers are subject to UK or EU data protection law, we rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses.
06How long we keep it
- Report requests and enquiries — retained while we are in contact and for up to 24 months after the last contact, then deleted.
- Partner accounts — retained for as long as the partnership is active, and for 12 months afterwards.
- Download records — 24 months.
- Server and analytics logs — retained per the provider's default, typically 14 months or less.
If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will, unless we are required to keep it.
07Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- have inaccurate information corrected;
- have your information deleted;
- object to or restrict how we use it, including for marketing;
- receive your information in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
Email contact@evsworldwide.com and we will respond within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with our response, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
08Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Report files and partner assets are held in private storage and are only reachable through short-lived signed links issued after we have verified the request. Access to the underlying database is restricted by row-level security policies, and administrative access is limited to staff who need it.
No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you and the relevant authority where the law requires it.
09Children
This site is aimed at businesses and vehicle owners. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our processing changes, and revise the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will contact you directly rather than relying on this page alone.
Contact us about your data
To request a copy of your information, correct it, or have it deleted, email us and we will respond within one month.
contact@evsworldwide.comThis policy describes our current practice in good faith. It is not legal advice, and it does not replace the privacy notice of the local EVS business you deal with for vehicle servicing.
