TurkStat electric passenger cars, ODMD sales flow, EPDK operational EV counts and broad hybrids are different series. Türkiye does not publish a current exact PHEV stock in the cited hybrid category, so hybrids are excluded from the core service pool.

Electric passenger cars rose from 6,267 at end-2021 to 14,552 in 2022, 80,043 in 2023, 183,776 in 2024, 370,591 in 2025 and 436,474 by May 2026 [aa_history24] [tuik_may_exact]. This scale supports diagnosis and fleet work before deep age-related pack demand.
